This 35mm photographic series, shot with my Nikon FA on Kodak Vision 250 film, highlights the vibrant colours and landscapes of Crete. The rich blues of the Aegean, the earthy tones of ancient ruins, and golden fields with olive groves come to life through the lens. This project brings together two of the things I love most: discovering new places and capturing them on analogue film. Through these images, I aim to showcase the essence of Crete's landscapes — where history and nature blend under the Mediterranean light — while celebrating the beauty of film photography.
